We have the flexibility within our press department to meet the most demanding applications. Our 6 colour IMER 120 BF prints to a maximum width of 20” and benefits from electronic ink control, which allows fast and precise ink flow. For repeat work these settings can be recalled from disk to ensure consistent reproduction every time. A magnetic die-cutting unit also enables us to achieve bespoke perforations online.

Rotatek
A 4 colour UV Rotatek has a 24" punch unit and inline inkjet capacity for long run numbering, barcoding and variable data.

Miyakoshi
Three Miyakoshis can produce reel to reel, reel to pack or reel to sheet, all with almost all possible cylinder sizes.

Ryobi
Two 2 colour overprinters, one of which has UV drying, enable us to be very competitive on short-run multi-colour jobs.

All our presses have reinsertion to enable multiple web passes and an unlimited number of colours.
