MCAARP Holdings acquire A1 Trade Print Services Ltd
I am pleased to announce that on Friday 16th December 2011 MCAARP Holdings acquired A1 Trade Print Services Ltd.
MCAARP specialise in investing in print and technology companies.
As well as A1 Trade Print Services, MCAARP also owns Integrity Print, the leading supplier of business stationery in the UK, employing 400 people at its Midsomer Norton site.
Both A1 and Integrity believe that the significant synergies between our companies will bring benefits to all of our clients, as we are able to strengthen our security and integrated products.
The two companies will continue to operate independently and as separate legal entities. Mark Jones will leave A1 to pursue other interests and I will continue as Managing Director, reporting to Mark Cornford, Chief Executive of MCAARP Holdings.
A1 will continue to operate from its Camp Lane factory in Birmingham and will retain its unique identity.
