A1 Trade Print Services install new hologram machine
A1 Trade Print Services have expanded their holographic foil application capacity with the purchase of a Dimuken Hologram encoder. The DC8614-HS was installed in December and is capable of running two independent streams of registered holographic foil. It can also be used in conjunction with other offline finishing machines to provide an efficient finishing line.
“The Dimuken investment will both compliment our current foiling capability whilst creating additional production capacity.” said Managing Director, Jim Richardson. “This will strengthen our business in allowing an even faster response to our customer delivery needs in an ever demanding market place”.
“We’ve seen a considerable increase in demand for hologram application over the last 18 months. This has mainly been in the export cheque, ticketing and voucher markets, although the hologram option on our new range of cheque products, Chextreme, has proved to be very popular. We pride ourselves on being able to offer high volume hologram application with a quick turn around time. It was essential to increase our production capacity to meet this increased demand and continue to meet our customer’s expectations”
