APACS accredited cheque printer
A1 Trade Print Services were amongst the first cheque printers to be accredited by APACS (Association for Payment Clearing Services) under the Cheque Printer Accreditation Scheme (CPAS) in 1995 and have been producing cheques and security products for over 30 years. Standard 3 was developed by APACS to facilitate the automation of the clearing process for cheques, and ensures compliance with detailed specifications for cheque production. We are inspected regularly by APACS to ensure that our premises, procedures and systems meet security requirements necessary for the production of security documents such as cheques and that we can produce cheques that meet the requirements of the standard.


NICPAS accredited cheque printer
A1 Trade Print Services were also amongst the first printers to be accredited to the Nigeria Cheque Printers Accreditation Scheme (NICPAS), introduced by the Central Bank of Nigeria to provide an efficient clearing system and address the issues of cheque fraud in Nigeria.

ISO 27001 (Standard 55)
Standard 55 is an Information Security Standard, prepared by APACS in association with the British Standards Institute (BSI). It is used in conjunction with ISO 27001 to provide the basis of an audit of an Information Security Management System (ISMS). An ISMS helps identify, manage and minimise the range of threats to which information is regularly subjected and covers both information security and physical security. Accreditation ensures that our procedures are independently checked against a recognised standard on a regular basis.
